Paddle boarding

Last Thursday me and my class and also Te putuke Te pihi and Te kakano walked to the lake. When we got there we got into our groups. And then I put my togs on. And ran as fast as I could into the water. Me and Ryan were playing tag in the water. Then we were buliding a under ground city. It took for ages to build. After that we had morning tea. Then it was our turn to go on the paddle borading. I was doing flips, it hurt my back. After that we went back to school.

I enjoyed pressing on the lines and when the colers comes up. It is super fantastic.

Beach Education trip

Yesterday Te Tinana and Te putake and Te Manga drove on the bus. We were going to the beach education surf lifesaving club. When we got there we had a little tour. Then we had morning tea. I had a huge cracker and a banana. Then after that we did some more rotations. Then we had lunch and drove to the beach. We played sandy monkeys and beached whales. When the lady called sany monkeys you have to roll in the sand. And if she calls beached whales you have to roll in the water. After that we went boggie boarding and then went back to school. I learnt to swim between the flags.

Camp

Last week on Wednesday me and my class went on camp. Te Manga came with us too. When we got there we got all the stuff out and put it by our dormitrys. Then we got our lunchbox out of our day pack and had something to eat. When I was finished I Jumped on the tramp. After everyone was finised eating we got into our groups. Julieanne and my dad and Mihi and Tanerau and Kylan was in our group. The first activity we did was slipy hockey then we did the waterslide. I went Zooming down I nearly made it to the beanbag. Then we had lunch.When we were finished eating we went to the beach. Then we made a big dame. Then we headed back I played basket ball then we had dinner then we watched hotel thrangilvanya. Then we went to bed. When we woke up I had breakfast then went to play. We hopped into our groups. We went on the waterslide I went down as fast as a jet. I did the obstacle course. Then I went kayaking It was so much fun. The next day we went to the beach I played capture the flag and I was the captin and we won. Then we went back to school and had a sausage sizzile and had a iceblock and went home.

Grandparent award

Dear Sir, Please choose my Nana to be the duffy caught being a good grandparent because when we go to stay with her she is very generous. She takes me and my sister to lots of places like inflatable world and the park. She is loving and thoughtful. She is very honored to be my Nana and I am proud to be her grandson. From Kieran

Dear BFG, Do you want to know about the planet called Mercury? Mercury is the fastest moving planet. It zooms around the sun in only 88 days. Mercury has also some volcanos on its surface. Mercury is the closest planet to the sun. It is also the smallest planet in our solar system. Mercury is a tiny planet about the same size as the moon.

Wacky hair day

Tomorrow is crazy hair day. We have to come with a funny hairdo. Because we are raising money to support the people who have Leukaemia. In the hall we are going to have a gold coin trail. Mrs davan and her sister are shaving their hair off to raise money for Leukaemia foundation.

Weekend story

On Sunday I went fishing with Jackson. Jackson's mum was going to pick me up. She was at the farm. She was going to pick me up on the way back. When Jackson's mum picked me up I got my gear and hopped in the car. When we got there I hopped out of the car and helped Jacksons mum put the stuff in the truck. I hopped back in the car and drove to East beach. When we got there I went up to the stream and jumped into the water and swam across. When I went back down I had a can of dry lemonade. We Waited for a long time then we pulled the line in and caught two barracuda eleven snapper and one Treavally. Then my mum picked me up. It was fantastic! The water was as smooth as a pancake.

Planet report

Saturn The planet I researched is Saturn. It is my favorite. Do you know why? Because I like the rings. The rings are over 170,000 miles across. The planet's color is yellowish brown. Saturn is the second largest planet. It is also the sixth planet from the sun. The rings are made out of dust and ice. Saturn has lots of moons orbiting it. In fact it has over 82 moons. Saturn is the only planet that can float on water. Saturn’ s centre is a hard rocky core. The temperature on Saturn can get as low as -300F, so it is extremely cold there. By Kieran

A special visitor

On Tuesday we had a little visitor. She was a lamb. Her name is called Oreo. It was Kylans lamb. She lives on a farm with him. Oreo was brown and white. She had a collar and a lead. Collusterum has all the good nutrients. It is very good babies and calves and lambs. The lamb is a south suffolk crossed with a romney, she was fantastic. She is 8 days old. The mummy sheep had three babys. She could only feed two babies. And now kylan's looking after her.

My weekend story

On the weekend me and my family went to Jacksons house for dinner. We had fish and chips with salad and mussels it was delicious. While the dinner was cooking i picked a series. It was called power Rangers beast morefes. After the series was finished dinner was ready. I had a piece of fish and some salad some chips and a mussel.It was fantastic. After that Jackson chose a movie it was called The grinch who stole christmas. After that we went home it was it was a fun night. After dinner we had orange chocolate chip ice cream. It was so good it was like those sugaqr lollies. Then we went home I put my pyjamas on when we got home.
